Steve's Underwater Photography

     I offer underwater cave or cavern photo shoots.  Capturing your image in a quality and professional manner is a dream come true for many cavern or cave divers.  I have performed over 500 photo shoots for individuals and dive teams during the past ten years.  My results are guaranteed to your satisfaction.  All my clients have been thoroughly satisfied with their photos images.

I use the following equipment:

.   Nikon 100 Digital camera.

.   Nikon 12 mm - 24 mm zoom lenses.

.   Light & Motion TITAN Aluminum Housing for the Nikon D100.

.   Two Ikelite 400 watt strobes attached to the camera system.

.   Each diver will have an Ikelite 300 watt slave strobe with a remote sensor.

     I have finally switched to the digital single lens reflex (SLR) format for my underwater cave photography. Why?  The time has arrived to move up with the technology.  I have learned that digital is more creative and exciting.  I can do everything with my computer and present a quantity number of quality photos for the model or models.  The photo shoot can be shared by two or three divers too but no more.

My fee includes:

.   Transportation.

.   Guiding.

.   Dive site fee.

.   Digital editing and CD presentation.

The FEE IS $300.00.

     My favorite cave system to use for the underwater cave or cavern photo shoots is SISTEMA TUHS KUPAXA.  It offers countless opportunities for photography featuring the beautiful cave features, shallow depths to give plenty of time and crystal clear water with little or no silt or percolation.  These are the best conditions for a safe and wonderful underwater cave photo shoot.  My next choices are CENOTE DOS OJOS (Two Eyes) and CENOTE NOHOCH NAH CHICH (known as the Giant Birdhouse).
