I have lived in the Puerto Aventuras marina resort for 13 years. I love it because it is a small community with lots of boats directly adjacent to the beautiful Caribbean.  Puerto Aventuras was developed beginning in 1989.  Through the years it has grown and matured.  It offers the following::

* Three condominium suites that have a complete kitchen, air conditioning, deck area and a living/bedroom space. These suites are located in my condominium building where I live directly on the marina overlooking a variety of boats. They rent for $75.00 a night each.

* Puerto Aventuras has over 100 condominium rentals available from luxury to basic comfort.  We can find the right place you desire for you.

* Puerto Aventuras has two all-inclusive hotels.  They are:

CATALONIA RIVIERA MAYA RESORT

This is a four star hotel resort that has 524 rooms, 3 swimming pools, outdoor tennis court, archery, restaurants and nightclub.

THE SUNSCAPE RESORT

This is a newly renovated hotel with 300 rooms, two pools, nightclub, restaurants, watersports, no wristbands.

AVENTURAS AKUMAL - Villas DeRosa offers one and two bedroom suites with a complete kitchen and balcony over looking the Caribbean Sea along with hotel rooms over looking their Swimming Pool area.
