Full Cave Course

     This is a four-five day course completing the cave diving training for INTRO TO CAVE certified divers.  A minimum 10 cave dives will be conducted with exposure to a wide variety of underwater cave conditions such as silt, halocline, silty or low visibility, circuits, traverses, gaps, jumps and T's, siphons, restrictions, referencing, conservation, exploration/surveying techniques and logistics.  Issues discussed will include the fragile cave environment, accident analysis, stress management, psychological aspects, dive planning, air management, guidelines and reels, guideline techniques and protocol, safe procedures, decompression theory and procedures, landowner relations, team management, use of oxygen and controversial topics.

 

 The course will include:

 

.   Double 80 cu. ft. aluminum or steel 104's tanks with dual outlet manifold.

.   All dives performed with EANx 32.

.   Dive Rite/Halcyon/OMS BCD wings.

.   Stainless steel back plate.

.   7 foot low pressure hose.

.   Reels/spools.

.   10 watt HID primary light.

.   Dive site fees.

.   Refreshments.

.   Transportation to dive sites.

.   Certification fee.

.   Steve's 25+ years of teaching experience.

 

        1    student      $950.00

        2 - 3 students    $795.00

 

A $200.00 deposit is required to register a course.  The course fee includes the 10% I.V.A. (Mexican tax).
